*I understand that upon purchase of the Vehicle through the INRIDE automotive marketplace, this Agreement provides me with the ability to contact INRIDE during the Term to return the Vehicle (i) if the Vehicle is inconsistent with the condition report at the time of purchase, and (ii) repairs exceeding $500 are required to be made to ensure the Vehicle is satisfactory and as represented in the condition report. I understand that, upon my initial request, INRIDE will, in its sole discretion, determine whether to (i) provide reimbursement for repairs, or (ii) have the Vehicle repaired through a preferred repair facility. If such repairs exceed $5,000, the Vehicle shall be returned to INRIDE and a full refund of the Vehicle Purchase Price above will be made.
